The bus network of Victor Valley, located in the Mojave Desert in San Bernardino County, covers 1,082 km and features 30 lines and four main transit centers. The Council established a thrift shop, Family Counseling Services, Christmas Baskets in continuation with The Salvation Army, and Senior Citizen's Club. The Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA) is a public transit agency, providing daily fixed route bus service to the cities of Adelanto, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Victorville and portions of San Bernardino County, including Lucerne Valley, Phelan, Wrightwood, PiƱon Hills, Oro Grande, and Helendale.

The South Side/Duboistown bus provides continuous service along the East End/ ManorCare bus route. All River Valley Transit buses are wheelchair accessible. Arrival times are approximate and may vary due to road and traffic conditions. At the same time the emerging needs included emergency welfare services for residents, relief services for transients, family counseling, health services, house numbering to provide an accurate response capability for emergencies, and the coordination of recreational activities. RC Provides service to RiverWalk Center on designated trips. The Victor Valley Community Services Council was organized in 1956 to meet the needs of the growing Victor Valley and High Desert Communities.
